The area could be quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep at times. the bathroom had a peculiar smell due to humidity, which was a bit unpleasant.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided coffee on arrival and had great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to a main street with plenty of food options and within walking distance of the train station. Spent Christmas here and it was great value for money! The room was spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and a kettle for tea. The common area had many options for breakfast and snacks, and a lovely inner patio. Best of all, it was located in the heart of the historic city centre and just a minute away from famous pizzerias! During the day, we explored the Naples Underground and during the night, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

The walls could be quite cold in the winter months and the air conditioning was not enough to heat the whole room. it was quite noisy during the nights with loud conversations in the common area, which can be heard from the room.
